“There was no winner of the Lotto jackpot. In total, over 73,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws, including one winner of the Match 5 + Bonus prize of €46,511,” said a spokesperson for the National Lottery.
On Saturday, March 7, 2026, one Irish Lotto player narrowly missed out on the €2,693,222 jackpot, losing by just one number. The winning numbers for this draw were 14, 24, 33, 34, 37, 43, with a bonus number of 15.
Additionally, the Lotto Plus 1 jackpot of €1 million went unclaimed, while the highest prize in Lotto Plus 1 was €500, awarded to 19 players who matched five numbers.
The Lotto Plus 2 jackpot of €250,000 also saw no winner, but 19 players will receive €250 each for matching five numbers.
In the Irish Lotto Raffle, €500 was awarded to 81 winners, adding to the excitement of the draws.
Across the water, a £3.8 million jackpot was available in the National Lottery Lotto on the same day, alongside a Thunderball jackpot of £500,000.
In South Africa, a total of R59.5 million in jackpots was up for grabs in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws. The winning Lotto numbers for South Africa were 04, 13, 14, 20, 22, 47, with a bonus number of 29.
